-Process all supplier invoices, debit and credit notes to ensure all transactions are accounted for and properly posted. -Request and verify supplier statement, follow up for any discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate monthly accounts payable closing.  -Process daily, recurring, monthly payments, reimbursement, petty cash claim as per scheduled timeline and upon request. -Update all payment transactions on daily basis and perform weekly bank reconciliation. -Ensure proper maintenance of documentations and filing to support all accounting records. -Any other ad-hoc duties from time to time as assigned.
