This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in employee engagement, event coordination, and learning and development logistics while working closely with an experienced team in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be expected to: -Assist in coordinating and executing internal events, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives such as festive celebrations; -Manage scheduling, calendar invites, venue booking, and logistics for training sessions; -Support the drafting and execution of internal communications, employee recognition efforts, and workplace culture initiative; -Assist in coordinating the buddy program by tracking buddy-joiner interactions, ensuring workflow runs smoothly, and supporting feedback collection. -Maintain training records, track attendance, and draft reports for review. -Support People and Culture projects, policy documentation, and research as needed.
