As the Property Operations Executive at Cozyhomes (part of The Makeover Guys), you will be servicing both the homeowners and the tenants. You will be working on the top 1% handpicked homes in Malaysia. Your work will directly impact our business operations and customer experience. What You’ll Do: -Build a healthy and sustainable relationship with our stakeholders (eg. tenants, homeowners, building management, and agents) -Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales care and engage with potential clients -Understand clients' needs and expectations to provide recommendations and solutions based on our services (pre-rental/post-rental) -Liaise with internal and external team to schedule and coordinate refurbishment and maintenance services -Oversee and monitor the project flow to ensure the project is completed on time   Working Arrangement: On-Site.
