[Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-agensi-pekerjaan-adecco-personnel-sdn-bhd-job-internship-human-resource-executive] ; Requirements:- HR Administration: -HR documentation: Support in preparation of various HR letters, including certificates of employment, salary adjustments, and redesignations. -HRIS: Support the maintenance and updating of HR systems, including employee data creation, changes in employment details, and deactivation of records as needed. -Employee lifecycle management: Support in new hire onboarding and resignees offboarding processes, including access management and announcements. -Compensation Administration: Support the HR team in preparing bonus and incentive letters, assist in gathering and organizing data for Short-Term Incentive (STI) calculations, and help ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting. -HR Surveys and Insights: Assist in administering employee surveys or pulse checks, compile results, and help generate basic insights to support employee engagement initiatives. HR Communications: -Draft and manage email communications for HR initiatives. -Develop and maintain templates for HR communications/initiatives/meetings and reporting to ensure consistency and branding. HR Projects and Initiatives: -Assist in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives, including organizing team events, CSR activities, and festive celebrations, contributing to a positive employee experience.
