-Support the development, implementation and monitoring of sustainability action plans and programs to deliver company’s identified sustainability commitments. -Collate and analyse data to support the delivery of stakeholder engagement strategies and relevant project activities. -Collate and assist in the preparation of sustainability reports, project reports, presentations and other documents as assigned by Superior. -Assist in collation and preparation of quarterly traceability data. -Assist in drafting response to stakeholders queries based on guidance from Superior. -Assist to obtain relevant sustainability-related information including documentations from refineries and other internal departments based on customer queries. -Prepare and update internal tracker to projects Stakeholder Engagement section’s progress and ensure all Stakeholder’s queries are replied in a timely manner. To remind superior on the datelines based on the tracker developed. -Work with relevant departments to manage and update sustainability information in company website. -Undertake other related appropriate task assigned by Superior.
