Job Description -Handle general operations of the store and ensure that it is executed in an efficient way. -Driving Sales and KPI’s. -Ensure that the monthly sales targets and other business objectives are met with the help of proper management and organization techniques. -Develop the store business and achieve objectives on all aspects (turnover, team development, brand image and customer recruitment and loyalty). -Manage boutique operations in detail at daily, weekly and monthly levels and set up procedures as well as manages budget and stock inventory. -Motivate, lead and coach the team to develop each potential. -Represent the brand values, maintaining the correct appearance of store/counter. -Ensure boutiques/counters are clean and tidy. -Apply the brand selling method and service policy. -Provide beauty advice to customers. -Systematically looking for cross-axis sales, developing loyal customers. -Showcase consumers’ application techniques and routines (make up, skincare). -Provide appropriate, personalized product and sample recommendations. -Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service. -Take care of counter/store merchandising, stock inventory. -Adhere to brand grooming standards to display a professional demeanor. -Ensure feedback and reporting to Retail Manager or head office.
