Receive recognition for your performance -Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement -Full set of laptop provided -Location : Jaya One, Petaling Jaya Job Description: Sales Execution: -Lead by example in prospecting, presenting, pitching, and closing sales deals. -Assist team members in generating and managing leads, pitching, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. -Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports. -Address escalated customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Team Leadership: -Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to develop the skills and capabilities of team members. Performance Tracking and Reporting: -Monitor and analyze sales team performance against targets and KPIs. -Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for the team. -Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics, trends, and accomplishments to senior management. -Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions. Sales Strategy and Planning: -Collaborate with sales management to develop sales strategies and objectives. -Assist in setting sales quotas and targets for the team. -Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Cross-Functional Collaboration: -Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience. -Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and coordination. What We're Seeking: -Experience in Corporate Sales/B2B, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets -Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. -2-3 years of experience in an advertising agency (preferable), with at least 2-3 years in a management role such as a sales manager or supervisor. -If you're fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, you are destined for greatness with a wider audience.
