As a Telesales Executive at the IERP, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach among professionals and organizations looking to invest in risk and risk related certifications. Your goal is to engage, educate, and convert prospects into participants of our certification programs. Key Responsibilities -Conduct outbound calls to risk professionals, C-suites, Board Directors, and decision-makers to introduce the IERP’s certification programs and membership benefits -Qualify leads and understand their risk management needs (ERM maturity, risk roles, professional background, etc.) -Explain the IERP’s unique value proposition (practitioner-led, globally recognized, objective-centric ERM) -Recommend appropriate certification tracks (e.g., ERM, QRD, QRA, SRM, DRM, BCM) based on clients’ roles and experience -Maintain and update CRM records with call notes, lead status, and follow-up actions -Work toward monthly and quarterly enrollment target -Collaborate with the marketing team to feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness -Provide excellent customer support during the enrollment process, answering queries on program structure, certification requirements, and logistics [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-institute-of-enterprise-risk-practitioners-job-telesales-executive] ; Requirements:- Requirements -Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills; confident talking with senior and mid-level professionals (e.g., risk managers, auditors, C-suite Board Directors) -Previous telesales, inside sales, or business development experience preferred — especially in professional education, B2B sales, or certification sales -A basic understanding of risk management, governance, or compliance is a plus; willingness to learn about ERM and the IERP’s certification offerings -Comfortable navigating a CRM system and tracking leads/follow-ups -Target-driven, with a proactive mindset and persistence -Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
