HR Intern's Job Description -Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting new hires. -Handling filing, maintaining personnel files, and managing HR documentation. -Entering data into HR systems, updating employee records, and generating basic reports. -Supporting the coordination of training programs and other employee development initiatives.  -Assisting with employee engagement activities and other HR related projects as needed.  -Provide support to the Senior HR Manager and other stakeholders as needed. -Perform any other duties and responsibilities on ad-hoc basis. Mechanical and Chemical Engineering's Job Description -Contribute to research projects by collecting, analyzing, and documenting experimental data. -Assist in develop process optimization strategies to improve product performance, efficiency and safety. -Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. -Participate in cross-functional meetings, collaborating with teams from both mechanical and chemical engineering backgrounds.
