Content Writer and Communications Executive

Job Description

The Content Writer and Communications Executive is responsible for crafting impactful written content that enhances our institute’s voice, reputation, and competency building mission. This role involves producing content for social media, website, events, articles, and member engagement. If you’re passionate about writing, comfortable interviewing people, and excited to support thought leadership in enterprise risk management — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Content Creation and Editorial Work -Produce high-quality written content for LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms. -Create SEO-optimised website content, landing pages, and programme descriptions.  -Write long-form content including blogs, articles, thought-leadership pieces, and research summaries related to ERM, governance, risk, and compliance. -Draft newsletters, announcements, and communication materials for members and stakeholders.   Event and Community Communications -Develop pre-event and post-event write-ups, highlights, and reports for workshops, training programmes, and conferences. -Interview members, instructors, guest speakers, and industry professionals to produce feature stories and community spotlights. -Assist in maintaining consistent messaging across all member and public-facing communication channels.   Brand and Messaging Support -Ensure all content aligns with the institute’s tone, academic standards, and brand guidelines. -Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, verify content accuracy, and support campaign messaging. -Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
