Job Description -Analyze historical sales, market trends, promotions, and seasonality to forecast product demand, then translating demand forecasts into supply and replenishment plans. -Inventory planning to maintain optimal inventory levels across all sales channels while minimising stock wastage. -Align inventory plans with promotional calendars and customer requirements. -Provide sales and inventory reports, and provide actionable insights for decision-making. -Manage inventory during new product launches, reformulations, and discontinuations. -Execute run-out plans for delisted or seasonal products to minimize write-offs. -Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure timely deliveries. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency. -Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.
