ROLE OVERVIEW The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, creating content, and analyzing performance metrics. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and event coordination. Portfolio: Commercial and Consumer business unit KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. -Create and schedule social media content to increase engagement and brand awareness. -Support in preparing marketing materials such as buntings, print ads, presentations, eDM etc. -Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. -Help organize events, webinars, and promotional activities. -Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Skills and Competencies -Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is an advantage. -Proficient (written and verbal) in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in Mandarin is an advantage. Qualifications -Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. -Availability for a minimum of 3 months internship. -Ability to work on-site or hybrid as required. -Basic understanding of marketing principles. -Good communication and interpersonal skills.
