Trade Admin Support Interns' Job Description  -Assist in preparing and generating Sales and Purchase Contracts based on confirmations concluded by the Sales and Marketing team. -Support daily sales administration operations, including data entry, documentation, and systematic record-keeping. -Coordinate and communicate with the Sales Manager, Customer Service, and Trade Support teams to support day-to-day operational activities. -Maintain proper filing (physical and electronic) of contracts and related sales documents for audit and reference purposes. -Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
