Job Description
Key Responsibilities: -Handle full set of accounts independently, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and month-end closing -Prepare complete monthly financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules -Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and account analysis -Manage invoicing, billing, payment processing, and follow-up on collections -Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and daily financial transactions -Use AutoCount accounting software for data entry, reporting, and financial tracking -Maintain and update accounting records within the ERP system to ensure data accuracy and integration -Prepare statutory submissions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, SST (if applicable), and withholding tax -Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary during audits and statutory compliance matters -Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards -Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and other ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required by management [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-megavision-focus-sdn-bhd-job-finance-executive] ; Requirements:- Requirements: -Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline -Minimum 2 years’ experience in handling full set accounts -Proven experience using AutoCount accounting software -Experience working with ERP systems -Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory requirements -Proficient in Microsoft Excel -Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting reporting deadlines -High level of integrity and confidentiality
