-Support the SandOP Manager in driving efficient and seamless sales operations across all channels. -Design, propose, and standardize sales reporting formats for stakeholders. -Analyse sales and operational data to uncover trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement or growth. -Assist in sales planning initiatives to support the expansion of FMCG product distribution. -Manage and optimize salesman routing to ensure effective coverage, productivity, and cost efficiency across territories. -Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance) to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions. -Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to Sales and Management teams, delivering clear insights on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales performance, and market trends. -Maintain and manage sales and operational databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems. -Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to support strategic planning and identify new business opportunities. -Support the sales team with actionable insights and recommendations to boost performance and enhance customer satisfaction. -Partner with cross-functional teams to roll out new sales initiatives, monitor their performance, and optimize for maximum impact. -Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of reports and analytics to stakeholders. [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-ninja-van-job-senior-executive-ninja-mart-sales-operations] ; Requirements:- -Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Analytics, or a related field -Preferred to have at least 2 years of experience in: Sales Support, Sales Operations, Route Planning, Data Insights, or Data Management -Strong technical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets -Proficiency in at least one data tool (SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau) is a bonus -Knowledge of DMS, DMW/WMS systems is an added advantage -Action Oriented: the role will be working in a fast paced environment, solving problems within timelines -Sense of Ownership and Accountability: takes full responsibility for assigned tasks, follows through until completion, and proactively addresses issues without needing constant supervision -Analytical: the candidate will analyse our operations and lead on improvement and growth -Stakeholder Management: the candidate will work an international team and will need to manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds -Comfortable with Uncertainty: business needs for supply are always changing, candidate has to be ready to change processes to fit new business needs
