Customer Service Executive / Officer (Indoor)
Job Description
As a Customer Service, you will have chance to overall in charge of Customer Service, On-time Order processing and Delivery related matters. You will also play an important role in: -Attend to incoming telephone, e-mail and fax inquiry. -To ensure On-time Customer Order processing, prepare Delivery Order, Invoice and arrange delivery. -To prepare quotation and maintain proper records for all matters relating to Order, Delivery and Customer Requirements documentation. -Ensuring good coordination with other related departments, including sales, purchasing, technical and operations team. -Responsible to document customers' needs, communicate and liaise with all concerned departmental Heads ensure customers' requirements are understood and can be fulfilled. -To involve in Quality Management System (QMS) related activities e.g., Internal Audit, Continual Improvement program, Training and etc. [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-bold-vision-sdn-bhd-job-customer-service-executive-officer-indoor] ; Requirements:- To be successful in this role, you will need to have: -Candidate must possess at least Diploma or higher in related management discipline. -Highly motivated, remuneration for self starter, hardworking and service orientated attitude. -Ability to solve customer problem and good in follow up cases, work independently, patient and possess initiative. -Excellent Observation, Creative, Good Analytical and Communication Skills.
