About Us: Photobook Malaysia is a leading personalized photo product company specializing in custom photo books, prints, gifts, and corporate solutions. We are expanding our B2B segment, working with corporate clients to provide custom branding solutions, employee gifts, and marketing collateral. We are looking for a B2B Sales and Administrative Intern to support our growing corporate sales team. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates interested in business development, sales operations, and administrative coordination. Job Responsibilities: 🔹 Sales Support and Lead Generation - Assist the B2B team in identifying and researching potential corporate clients. - Support in outreach activities via email, LinkedIn, and calls. - Help maintain and update the B2B client database and CRM system. 🔹 Administrative and Coordination Tasks - Prepare and organize quotations, proposals, and invoices. - Assist in tracking orders, processing payments, and coordinating deliveries. - Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and managing sales reports. 🔹 Client Engagement and Support - Respond to client inquiries and provide product information. - Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment. - Assist in post-sales follow-ups and client satisfaction tracking. 🔹 Market Research and Business Development - Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential corporate partnerships. - Provide insights and recommendations on how to improve B2B sales strategies. - Support in organizing corporate events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
