Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for helping customers, and a strong ability to drive sales. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and generating revenue through the replacement of parts and services. Key Responsibilities: -Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and support. -Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. -Scheduling Technicians: Coordinate and schedule technicians to perform services for customers, ensuring that appointments are set and communicated effectively. -Service Oversight: Monitor and ensure that services are carried out properly, following up with customers post-service to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns. -Revenue Generation: Proactively promote and sell parts and services to customers, identifying opportunities to meet their needs and drive revenue growth. -Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and support. -Documentation: Record customer interactions and feedback in our system to track issues and follow up as needed. -Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, purchasing, technician) to resolve customer concerns and improve processes. -Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including sales targets, response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. -Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute ideas for improving customer service processes and enhancing the overall customer experience.
