Job Description
-Provide customer support travel platform via call, chat and email channels -Handle inquiries, and feedback in a professional and timely manner -Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer -Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures -Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-kaali-hr-sdn-bhd-job-mandarin-customer-service-travel-project-start-date-2nd-march-2026] ; Requirements:- -SPM qualification or above -Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading and typing) and English are mandatory -Strong in communication skill in oral and written, deliver active listening and able to articulate step by step problem solving. -Willing to work on-site at Shah Alam (Work at Office). . Shift Timing: Rotation shift 24/7 5 days per week, each shift is 9 hours durations including 1-hour lunch break and 15 mins short break twice BENEFITS: Paid training will be provided.
