To create and to send EDM -To create HDML document (1page size) for electronic direct mailing purposes based on each show profile. -To blast EDM from software provided -Double check on bounced back email address -EDM to send to all profile at least once a month. Servicing confirmed exhibitors -To follow up on payment -To send reminders for online manual forms (2 weeks prior due dates) -To assist on operation and logistic matters Visiting related local exhibitions -Promote and sell exhibition space to related industries provided by company. -Employee is required to fly overseas for onsite assistance for clients when necessary.
