Customer Service Associate

Job Description

-Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email. -Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotion. -Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally. -Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary. -Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-hytech-consulting-management-sdn-bhd-job-customer-service-associate] ; Requirements:- -Tertiary education, diploma or above. -Willing to work on shifts (including weekends if required). -Proficient in Microsoft Office. -Fluent English including written and verbal communication skills.
