Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to support the day-to-day management of partner and client accounts. This role focuses on partner onboarding, operational coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management to ensure smooth account operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing processes, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. The role involves minimal outbound sales activity and focuses primarily on account coordination and operational support. Key Responsibilities -Support the day-to-day management of assigned partner and client accounts, ensuring smooth coordination and communication. -Assist with onboarding new partners by coordinating documentation, processes, and internal setup. -Build and maintain positive working relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders. -Prepare and maintain reports, performance data, and operational updates. -Monitor account-related processes and follow up with internal departments to ensure timely completion of deliverables. -Maintain accurate account documentation, records, and administrative information. -Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational matters and improve internal processes where required. [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-tranglo-job-account-manager] ; Requirements:- Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). -1–2 years of working experience, preferably in account management, client servicing, operations, or coordination roles. -Experience working with external clients, partners, or stakeholders. -Strong attention to detail and ability to manage reporting and administrative tasks accurately. -Good organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to track multiple tasks and processes. -Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. -Responsible, proactive, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks. Nice-to-Have -Experience in client servicing, partnership management, or operations support roles. -Familiarity with reporting tools, CRM systems, or data tracking.
