You will translate business needs into user-centred flows and high-fidelity designs, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are both desirable and feasible.   RESPONSIBILITIES  -Own the end-to-end design process: user flows, IA, wireframes, UI design, prototypes, and design specifications.  -Translate business and user requirements into clear, reusable UX solutions for web applications and responsive experiences.  -Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma (or equivalent).  -Conduct usability testing (remote or in-person), synthesize findings, and iterate designs based on feedback.  -Collaborate with Front-End and Back-End teams to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation.  -Maintain and contribute to UI components/design systems (styles, components, patterns, accessibility standards).  -Present design rationale to non-designers and drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.  -Ensure design output is accurate, consistent, and production-ready (attention to detail).
