YOUR MISSION As a key member of the Picasso Lab (UI/UX) team, you will shape intuitive, accessible, and polished product experiences across JurisTech’s web and mobile platforms. You will translate business needs into user-centred flows and high-fidelity designs, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are both desirable and feasible. RESPONSIBILITIES -Own the end-to-end design process: user flows, IA, wireframes, UI design, prototypes, and design specifications. -Translate business and user requirements into clear, reusable UX solutions for web applications and responsive experiences. -Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma (or equivalent). -Conduct usability testing (remote or in-person), synthesize findings, and iterate designs based on feedback. -Collaborate with Front-End and Back-End teams to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation. -Maintain and contribute to UI components/design systems (styles, components, patterns, accessibility standards). -Present design rationale to non-designers and drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders. -Ensure design output is accurate, consistent, and production-ready (attention to detail). [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-juris-technologies-sdn-bhd-job-ui-ux-designer] ; Requirements:- - 2–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer / Product Designer / UI Designer. -Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, UI execution, and problem-solving (web and/or mobile). -Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping); familiarity with design handoff workflows. -Conversant in microcopy and UX writing, ensuring interface text is clear, consistent, and aligned with the product’s tone of voice and design system. -Must-have: familiarity with Design Thinking principles and practices -Solid understanding of UX fundamentals: usability heuristics, accessibility basics, responsive design, and interaction design. -Experience designing for responsive web and/or mobile apps (iOS/Android patterns awareness). -Ability to collaborate closely with developers; comfortable discussing constraints and trade-offs. -Understanding of general version control concepts. -Bonus: familiarity with design systems, WCAG, analytics-informed design, or basic HTML/CSS understanding. -Bonus: exposure to CMS (WordPress) or enterprise/B2B products.
