You can find out more about us at www.capbay.com About the Role We are looking for a People Intern to join our team and support a wide range of People and Culture initiatives. In this role, you’ll contribute to research, data analysis, and the coordination of internal events and programmes that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness. You’ll have the opportunity to explore various aspects of HR—from engagement activities and training logistics to policy research and benchmarking. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be expected to: -Assist in coordinating and executing internal events, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives such as festive celebrations; -Manage scheduling, calendar invites, venue booking, and logistics for training sessions; -Support the drafting and execution of internal communications, employee recognition efforts, and workplace culture initiative; -Assist in coordinating the buddy program by tracking buddy-joiner interactions, ensuring workflow runs smoothly, and supporting feedback collection. -Conduct research on HR trends, industry best practices, and labour laws to support policy development and process improvement. -Assist in benchmarking compensation, benefits, and HR strategies against market standards to provide data-driven recommendations. -Support People and Culture projects, policy documentation, and research as needed.
