In this role, you’ll contribute to research, data analysis, and the coordination of internal events and programmes that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be expected to: -Assist in coordinating and executing internal events, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives such as festive celebrations; -Manage scheduling, calendar invites, venue booking, and logistics for training sessions; -Support the drafting and execution of internal communications, employee recognition efforts, and workplace culture initiative; -Assist in coordinating the buddy program by tracking buddy-joiner interactions, ensuring workflow runs smoothly, and supporting feedback collection. -Conduct research on HR trends, industry best practices, and labour laws to support policy development and process improvement. -Assist in benchmarking compensation, benefits, and HR strategies against market standards to provide data-driven recommendations. -Support People and Culture projects, policy documentation, and research as needed.
