HR Department -Support IR/ER processes through documentation and record-keeping (letters, memos, employee files). -Assist in compiling data, reports, and statistics related to employee relations matters. -Help coordinate meetings, hearings, and training sessions for IR/ER cases. -Conduct research on labor laws, HR policies, and ER best practices. -Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication related to IR/ER updates.
