Job Description -Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations within the Central Kitchen. -Assist in monitoring productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control. -Assist in selecting equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance. -Ensure staff wear appropriate sanitary and protective gear. -Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices. -Assist in monitoring compliance with safety procedures and internal rules and regulations. -Assist in the preparation, cooking, packing, and washing tasks for Slim Joy products.  -Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
