Job Overview: Develop avenues to market the company, promoting products and services while building brand awareness amongst the community. Will also be a part of the content production crew handling content development requests from internal and external. Key Responsibilities: Branding and Content Marketing -Develop and create media releases, EDMs, infographics, key messages, media FAQs, video scripts, speeches and presentation where required, while handling and coordinating all media requests and enquiries in a timely manner. -Manage and develop the company’s blog, social media marketing activity, including curation and creation of content. -Manage award programme including identifying opportunities and the creation and submission of entries. -Create case studies on the company’s products and services for publication on external channels. -Monitor and analyse the performance data plus providing ways and ideas to improve the blog and social media accounts, for our companies and its subsidiary. Press Release and Media Relations -Craft and distribute company press releases on new products, announcements, management updates, successful campaigns, and more to relevant industry media outlets. -Generate editorial coverage and community awareness by cultivating relationships with local and regional media. -Develop content angles to pitch to editors and program directors on securing interview sessions for top management. Broadcasting and Content Production -Manage livestreaming activities if needed -Develop, repurpose content for social media platforms. -Support internal content production with the use and not limited to existing tools or with AI tools. Company Collaterals and Premiums -Ensure marketing collaterals for the company is updated, crafted and distributed to relevant target audience. -Ensure company premiums are sourced from qualified vendors. Events Management -Plan, organize all Company events and workshops for Sales and Business Development teams for their clients and publishers respectively. -Manages printing/production of marketing collateral, sourcing quotations, and liaising with designers and printers/suppliers as necessary. -Manages costs and activity to ensure delivery is on-time and according to budget. -Assist in planning and organizing internal employee engagement events such as Townhalls, Company Trips, Annual Dinners etc. Advertising -Create, plan and implement advertising campaigns using digital and print media as needed -Provide appropriate reporting, evaluation and optimization of all digital advertising initiatives. Industry Knowledge Sharing -Keeping up with the marketing trends, innovations, communication techniques and media regulations. -Curate and distribute the latest industry trends and news to all internal staff via the weekly email blast. Corporate Social Responsibility -To establish and implement charity partnership programmes. -Reaching out to the public via PR and marketing to deliver the message of the company’s commitment to social responsibility.
