You will play an important role, such as: -Gather information about software and subscription entitlement usage by reaching out to customers. -Obtain feedback on Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT). -Track renewal status and encourage customer renewal. -Respond and escalate customer inquiries and concerns to superior and ensure all inquiries are attended to. -Manage CRM asset information to be up to date. -Prepare and provide regular reports to respective teams (internal customers).
