Internship Intenrship - Admin Procurement

Job Description

-Assist in entering and updating document tracking records under supervision. -Assist in the preparation and submission of Goods Received Notes (GRN) to the Finance Department in a timely manner. -Assist in the preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders (PO) following established procurement policies and guidelines. -Assist in arranging delivery schedules with the warehouse and logistics departments to ensure efficient handling of incoming good. -Assist in the execution of stock counts to support accurate inventory management and record maintenance.  -To perform general administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and emailing documents, as required. -To perform any ad-hoc task or project assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) or your immediate superior [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-eduspec-holdings-berhad-job-internship-intenrship-admin-procurement] ; Requirements:- -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration/ Management/ or equivalent. -Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia  -Detail-oriented and willing to learn
