We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources functions and support business growth.   Role Summary: The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. This role plays a key part in shaping company culture and ensuring effective people management.  Key Responsibilities: -Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies -Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices -Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary matters -Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and KPI tracking -Handle compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting -Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations -Drive employee engagement initiatives and company culture development -Support training and development programmes for staff growth -Manage HR administrative functions and maintain accurate employee records [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-yinee-posture-management-sdn-bhd-job-hr-manager] ; Requirements:-  Requirements: -Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field -Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role -Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities -Ability to handle confidential information with integrity -Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Good to Have: -Experience in fast-growing or multi-outlet environments -Background in [relevant industry – e.g. retail, FandB, beauty, services] -Mandarin proficiency (for Mandarin-speaking workforce) -Experience in employer branding and talent retention strategies
