Assistant Manager - Human Resource and Administration
Job Description
Human Resource Management -Support and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employeerelations and offboarding - Partner with business units to align HR strategies with business objectives - Oversee payroll administration, compensation and benefits and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.) - Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulatory requirements - Support performance appraisal processes, talent development and succession planning - Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and employee handbook - Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances and counselling Administration and Office Management - Oversee general administration, office facilities and vendor management - Manage insurance related employee benefits (e.g. GHS, GPA, medical claims) and liaise with insurers - Ensure proper documentation, filing systems and adherence to internal governance policies - Coordinate corporate events, staff engagement initiatives and internal communications [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-wtw-job-assistant-manager-human-resource-and-administration] ; Requirements:- -Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline -Minimum 6–7 years of HR generalist experience preferably in insurance, financial services or professional services - Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and relevant labour regulations - Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. - Team player with proactive problem-solving skills. - High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
