Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance and target achievement. 
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform business strategy and product development. 

Collaborate closely with procurement, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure consistent product availability and quality. 

Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide regular reporting to senior management. 

Ensure compliance with Malaysian food safety regulations, halal standards, and industry best practices. 

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and regulatory bodies.
