We are looking for an energetic, engaging, and tech-savvy Ecommerce Live Host to lead live-streamed events for our ecommerce platform. As the live host, you will be responsible for creating dynamic, interactive, and sales-driven live content that highlights our products, engages with viewers, and drives conversions. Your on-camera presence and ability to interact with the audience will be key to creating a memorable experience that attracts new customers and retains existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

Live Stream Hosting:
Host live-streamed events (such as product launches, flash sales, promotions, or Q&A sessions) on ecommerce platforms like social media(tik tok), website, or dedicated streaming platforms.
Engage with viewers in real-time by responding to questions, comments, and interacting with the audience to build excitement.
Showcase products in an engaging and persuasive way, highlighting their features, benefits, and usage.
Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional demeanour during live broadcasts to keep viewers engaged and excited about purchasing.

Sales & Conversion:
Utilize strong product knowledge to encourage viewers to purchase during live events, utilizing special offers or time-sensitive discounts.
Use call-to-action prompts effectively to drive purchases and conversions directly during the live stream.
Track viewer engagement and sales metrics during events to gauge success and identify areas for improvement.

Content Creation & Planning:
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to plan and schedule live events and content that aligns with brand goals and promotional calendars.
Assist in curating product bundles, special promotions, and themed events for live streaming.
Work with the production team to ensure technical aspects of live streaming (camera setup, lighting, sound, etc.) are optimal for a high-quality viewer experience.

Audience Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with followers and customers during live streams by encouraging participation, polls, and interactive features.
Collect feedback from viewers to improve future live events and customer satisfaction.
Foster a fun, welcoming, and energetic atmosphere that encourages viewers to share content and invite others to watch.

Post-Live Stream Follow-Up:
Review and analyze the performance of live streams to identify trends, viewership patterns, and sales data.
Help generate post-event content for social media and email marketing to keep the momentum going.
Assist in answering customer inquiries post-event and following up on order issues or questions.

Brand Representation:
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every live event aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and messaging.
Maintain a consistent and polished image across all live streaming platforms, including professional attire, lighting, and background setup.
