Job Description

Customer Service & Front Desk Operations

Greet members and guests warmly as they arrive and exit the gym.
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about gym services, membership options, class schedules, and promotions.

Membership Inquiries and Administrative Tasks

Process new memberships, renewals, cancellations, and payment transactions.
Maintain accurate records of member information and attendance.

Scheduling & Coordination

Schedule appointments for personal training sessions, fitness classes, and facility bookings.
Coordinate daily schedules with trainers and staff to avoid conflicts.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service, front desk, or reception role (Open to meet Fresh Graduates as well).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft/Google Workspace).
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (if required).
