We’re expanding our team and looking for motivated, energetic Telemarketers / Customer Support Executives to support outbound calling and client campaigns. If you enjoy talking to people and want a stable office-based role with incentives, we want you on board.

What We Offer

Basic salary: RM2,200 – RM2,800 (depending on experience)
Performance incentives & bonuses
Office hours only: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
No night shifts
Cheras location (easy access via public transport)
Training provided – experience is an advantage, but not required

Job Responsibilities

Introduce products/services and explain information clearly
Qualify prospects and arrange appointments when required
Handle basic inbound enquiries (when assigned)
Update call outcomes and customer details in the system
Work closely with supervisors to achieve campaign targets
