Job Description:

We are a growing online English learning centre focused on helping adult learners improve real-life communication skills.

We are looking for reliable and responsible part-time trainers who prefer structured teaching and consistent schedules, rather than ad-hoc or last-minute classes.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct 1-to-1 and small group online classes (adults)
Focus on speaking and practical communication
Follow a structured lesson framework (materials provided)
Guide students to apply English in real-life situations
What We Provide:

Ready lesson structure (minimal preparation required)
Fixed weekly class schedule (morning or evening slots)
Consistent student allocation
Clear teaching system and support

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills
Responsible and punctual (very important)
Able to commit to fixed weekly time slots
Comfortable conducting speaking-focused lessons
Preferred:

Experience teaching adults
TESOL / TEFL / CELTA (preferred but not mandatory)
Familiar with communicative teaching approach
Pay:

RM30 – RM50 per hour
(based on experience, teaching ability, and reliability)

We support our teachers with structured lessons and consistent scheduling, so you can focus on delivering meaningful learning experiences.

Priority will be given to candidates who can commit to evening or morning fixed slots.
