We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Analyst to join our Global Banking team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will act as a critical link between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into practical, cost-efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements for projects and programs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and end users.

-Design, document, and optimize business processes and workflows.
Support change management activities and ensure smooth implementation of new solutions.
- Analyze business challenges and recommend effective, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, testers, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders.
Assist in solution validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.

Core Responsibilities
- Requirements Management: Define business requirements, analyze functional specs, and propose system design options.
- Project Delivery: Support system development initiatives, managing change and implementation processes end-to-end.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technology delivery partners, the business, and subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Analysis & Problem Solving: Map out business and system workflows to identify areas for improvement
