Butiran Pekerjaan

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Introduce and explain the company’s products or services to prospects.
Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Answer queries, provide relevant information and handle objections professionally.
Achieve individual and team sales targets by converting leads into sales.
Upsell or cross-sell products services where appropriate.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Update customer information regularly to ensure data accuracy.
Conduct follow-up calls with interested prospects or existing customers to close sales or foster relationships.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective scripts and strategies.
Developing telemarketing scripts and strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
Share customer feedback to help improve offerings and processes.
Fostering a positive and productive work environment to drive motivation and accountability.
Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations and privacy laws when handling customer data.
Participating in ad hoc projects and assignments as directed by the management, including but not limited to campaigns, reporting tasks, system testing, or new product rollouts.

Keperluan

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales-related roles will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Confident in handling objections and engaging with customers in a professional manner.
Target-driven, motivated, and able to work in a performance-based environment.
