In this role, you won’t just be “posting content” — you’ll be actively shaping how the brand connects, grows, and converts in the digital space.

Plan and execute impactful content strategies across social media and digital marketing campaigns
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content that reflects a strong and consistent brand voice
Actively engage with the audience through comments and messages, building meaningful connections
Track and analyze performance using tools like Facebook Insights and Google Analytics, and turn data into insights
Prepare reports and recommend improvements to continuously enhance results
Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and evolving best practices
Work closely with the team while also taking ownership of your own projects
Support the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns
Leverage AI and digital tools to boost creativity, productivity, and performance

Keperluan

We’re looking for someone who is not only capable — but curious, driven, and ready to grow.

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related fields
At least 2 years of experience in digital or content marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
Excellent copywriting and written communication skills in Mandarin
Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
Able to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with a team
