岗位职责

* 负责游戏内玩家举报内容的审核与处理，包括但不限于：

* 恶意言语（辱骂、骚扰等）

* 外挂/作弊行为举报

* 黑产相关行为（账号交易、工作室等）

*其他违规行为举报

* 对举报内容进行准确判断，区分真实违规与误举报情况

* 根据平台规则，对违规行为执行相应处罚措施（如禁言、封号等）

* 持续监控游戏生态环境，识别潜在风险并及时上报

* 协助优化举报处理流程与判定标准，提高审核效率与准确性

* 与客服、运营及风控团队协作，维护良好的游戏环境

Keperluan

* 具备多语种能力，中文&英语可作为工作语言【熟练听说读写】

* 具备良好的读写能力，能够准确理解不同语种的玩家举报内容

* 对游戏有较高理解，熟悉常见作弊行为及玩家生态

* 具备较强的信息判断能力与逻辑分析能力

* 工作细致耐心，能够处理重复性内容并保持判断一致性

* 具备良好的抗压能力，能够适应一定强度的审核工作* 有内容审核、客服、风控相关经验者优先
