We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Executive to join our dynamic team in the health food manufacturing company. The best candidate will be responsible for organizing daily production activities, ensuring compliance with GMP, Halal, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards, and promoting continuous improvement throughout the operation.

1. Oversee and coordinate daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and product quality.
2.  Work closely with the Production team to plan schedules, monitor output, and resolve any operational or process-related issues.
3.  Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and internal quality standards.
4. Collaborate with QA/QC, R&D, Warehouse, Procurement, and Maintenance teams to support production requirements and on-time delivery.5
5.  Monitor material usage, yield, and wastage, ensuring accurate documentation and traceability.
6. Participate in audits, documentation control, and process validation to maintain production compliance.
7. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost control, and workplace safety.
8. A hands-on, team-oriented individual with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
9. Strong working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control techniques
10. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
