We are seeking a committed and diligent Production Supervisor to oversee the efficient and effective production operations at our manufacturing facility. Your proficiency in production planning and scheduling is required for this full-time role in order to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Develop and implement production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
Monitor and optimise production processes to maximise efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement and quality assurance, to ensure smooth operations
Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets
Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams for smooth operations

Keperluan

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the manufacturing or similar industry.
Strong working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control techniques
Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
Ability to work for OT.
