Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Creative Multimedia, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a creative, marketing, or event agency environment. 

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Ability to produce both digital and print design assets with attention to quality and detail.
• Experience in preparing files for production (print, fabrication, large format, etc.).
• Familiarity with motion graphics or basic video editing is an advantage.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented with a deep understanding of design fundamentals and brand consistency.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working with event design, experiential marketing, or integrated campaigns.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work across print and digital mediums.
• Exposure to design for social media, campaigns, and brand activations.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative agency setting.
