Job Summary: -To assist the Sales Manager in daily sales, operation and site related activities -To generate quotation, drawings and support as requested by our dealer and business partner Job Description: -Sales Support Related Task -Prepare quotation -Prepare Material Specification List -Prepare appliances proposal (if necessary) -Prepare sales related document such as project track record list, cover letter, pre-qualification document, etc -Prepare sample board -Prepare all tender related document, drawing checklist for designers etc -To submit tender, sample board etc. (if necessary) -To prepare and record project discount structure (proposal and tender) -To discuss the quotation submitted and discount structure allowed -To prepare project / mock-up FCF submission -To coordinate / liaise with suppliers for pricing, samples, etc -To coordinate department sample stock keeping -To coordinate with the client for project/mock-up shop drawings and material sample approval -To compile and brief contract and operation department the details of the newly secured project -To coordinate with the client for project/mock up approval -To follow-up mock-up / project payment -To coordinate / liaise with suppliers for pricing, samples, etc -To prepare GP calculation for each tender or project -To attend site meeting/visit/inspection with team members or individually (if needed or upon request) -To have regular meeting with dealers / sales team / designer via zoom or video conference calls -To update the work progress for each project during the weekly check-in conducted by senior sales manager or project director -Design and Drawing  -Receive drawing request from direct superior -Work closely with direct superior / designer / detailer pertaining to drawing design, space planning, technical requirement etc -To complete the drawings as per the required deadline -To comply the drawings as per clients’ requirement [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-signature-international-berhad-job-quantity-surveyor-0] ; Requirements:- -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or any other relevant field to this industry -Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in ID industry or relevant industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply -Well verse in mathematics, attention to details and well organized in his/her own work -Able to meet short completion lead time, self-discipline and good time management -Good Knowledge in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint -Good knowledge in Interior Design Product and Drawing -Basic knowledge in interior space planning, proficient in AutoCAD and other design software is added advantage
