Responsibilities: Management ● Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success. ● Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Recognize and reward outstanding achievements. ● Goal Setting: Collaborate with team members to set individual and team sales targets. Ensure alignment with overall business goals. ● Training and Development: Identify training and development needs within the team and coordinate appropriate training programs or resources. ● Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment that encourages team members to work together effectively. Sales Achievement ● Market Analysis and Strategy: Lead market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in the market. ● Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and target key prospects in the retail and hospitality sectors who can benefit from our solutions. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, partnerships, and referrals. ● Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understand their unique business needs, challenges, and goals. Present our solutions and demonstrate how they can address client requirements. ● Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Develop proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contracts with clients. Ensure that all agreements align with the company's financial goals and legal requirements. ● Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
