Job Summary Responsible for managing and handling customer interactions to ensure efficient, effective, and excellent customer service throughout the logistics and supply chain operations.  Key Responsibilities -FCL Export Booking – ensure that bookings are placed with the carrier nominated by Customs or the CCP. Export, (Internal) Costing, Cost-capturing and (External) Billing, Invoicing to customer and The CCP are added advantages. -Good computer skills. -Highly responsible and a good team-member.
