At Ean Label, We always believe that quality products, quality services and quality people are the key elements for the company to always strike for the excellent and continual bring the company to the cutting edge level in overall.   In this role, you key accountabilities include: -To handle full set accounts, day to day financial operations and perform reconciliations independently under minimum supervision. Ensuring month end closing is being performed within the stipulated date. -Assist in preparation of consolidation of group accounts. -Assist in the preparation of annual budget/forecast. -Assist in the preparation of management reports for review with the comparison to forecast/budget by monthly, quarterly, semi, annually. -Ensure accounting records and systems complies with the company’s policies, approved accounting standards, related statutory and tax requirements. -Monitor and review payment to account payables, ensuring all suppliers’ invoices are received on time for processing. -Monitor account receivable on collection and long overdue outstanding balance and unallocated amount. -Ensure all hire purchases, loans and tax installments, recurring expenses and any other statutory payments are paid in a timely manner. -Review and verify sales commission, staff claims and etc., ensuring all staff related expenses are incurred for business purpose. -Responsible for review of bank reconciliation, preparation and review of journal entries etc. -Responsible for review of withholding tax and SST filing on scheduled time. -Liaise with auditor, bankers, tax agent, company secretary and other statutory compliance.
