Job Overview: As a Culture and Branding Intern, you will assist in developing, planning, and producing engaging visual content for Myra’s employer branding efforts across both online and offline platforms. Your role will contribute to improving the efficiency of creative deliverables while ensuring all materials meet brand standards and are error-free before publication or distribution. Key Responsibilities: Branding -Maintain and ensure consistency and a strong presence of the Myra brand identity, look, and feel across all published materials, both online and offline. -Monitor and ensure that all current brand toolkit orders are running smoothly. -Develop creative concepts that meet project requirements and enhance the brand's visual presence. Culture -Ideate, plan, and execute employer branding strategies, including workspace branding, recruitment partnerships, and employee engagement events and activities. -Create and promote engaging employer branding content for social media platforms. This content will highlight company culture, values, and impact to position Myra as an employer of choice. -Track and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding strategies using relevant data, metrics, and tools.
