[Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-lyc-mall-sdn-bhd-plaza-low-yat-job-senior-executive-fit-out] ; Requirements:-    Responsibilities: Responsible for supervising, facilitating and co-ordinating interior fit out and design works between our Mall Management and our tenants to:- -Responsible as main contact person with the Tenant to liaise, resolve issues or drawings/plans for compliance to Fit-Out Guidelines and issuance of approval of drawings/plans. -Monitor design development and submission programme by Tenant. -Co-ordinate/Liaise with Tenant’s designer/ID Consultant to ensure timely completion of Tenant’s design and fit-out drawings. -To proposed and prepare new layout plan and site measurement -Co-ordinate/liaise with Maintenance Department to ensure MandE equipment are available/ready prior to commencement of fit-out works by Tenant. -Handle hand-over of vacant possession, monitor and site inspection of fit-out works by tenant to ensure compliance to approved drawings/plans. -Monitor progress of fit-out works to ensure smooth running of fit-out work completion to schedule. Conduct regular feedback sessions to improve efficiency. -Instruct Tenant on modification/rectification works where not in compliance with approved drawings/plans. Supervise modification/rectification works in liaison with Tenant’s design. -Conduct final inspection on completed fit-out works and certify compliance prior to allowing Tenants to commence business. -Ensure all correspondence and documentations being properly maintained and updated. -To assist in work permit process and prepare report Requirements: -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent -Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English -Required skill(s): AutoCAD is a must -At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -Can work independent, good interpersonal and communication skills.
