As part of our growing e-commerce team, you will be responsible to assist in maintaining our e-commerce stores, work closely with our e-commerce partners with the goal of developing our amazing beauty brands (which includes I'm From, Dear Klairs, Celimax, Fation, Wellage, Mustela, etc) and growing our sales. -Manage daily operations of our e-commerce stores including order processing, pick and pack, logistic and inventory matters; -Ensure all e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok) are operating smoothly and effectively, which includes adherence to all platform metrics like chat response rate, fast handover rate, campaign submissions, inventory replenishment etc.; -Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned and required by the management.
